Part of what makes Fitt. special is the atmosphere. Calm, welcoming and focused, it's a space where everyone can feel comfortable.
Here are a few simple habits that help keep it that way.
Arrive a little early
Aim to arrive around 10 minutes before your class. It gives you time to check in, store your things and settle in before class begins. If you have an injury or anything your instructor should know, it's also the perfect time to mention it.
Bring your grip socks
Grip socks are required for Reformer classes. They keep you safe and steady on the equipment. Forgotten yours? You can pick up a pair of Fitt. grip socks at the studio.
Phones away
Class is your time. Pop your phone in a locker, or switch it to silent, and give yourself an hour off.
Cancel if you can't make it
Plans change, and that's fine. If you can't make a class, cancel at least 24 hours before it starts so someone else can take your spot. You can manage all your bookings in the Fitt. app.
Look after the equipment
At the end of class, your instructor will guide you to reset the equipment for the next person. Leaving it ready is a small thing that makes a big difference.
Be kind
Everyone is at a different stage of their journey. Whether it's someone's first class or their hundredth, a smile goes a long way.
Thank you for helping make Fitt. a space we all love to be in.
