It's one of the questions we hear most: how often should I be doing Pilates to see results?
The answer depends on your goals, your schedule and how your body feels. Here's a simple guide.
Once a week
One class a week is a great way to get started. You'll learn the movements, build your confidence and start to feel more connected to your body.
Two to three times a week
This is the sweet spot for many people. Two or three classes a week gives your body enough practice to build strength and control, with plenty of time to recover in between. Most clients start to notice real changes in how they feel and move at this rhythm.
Four or more times a week
If you love it, there's no reason not to do more. Mix your classes so you're not doing the same thing every day: pair a Sweat or Sculpt class with Strength, Yoga or Mat Pilates to keep things balanced.
Listen to your body
More isn't always better. If you're feeling tired or sore, choose a slower class or take a rest day. Consistency over weeks and months matters far more than any single week.
