By booking and attending classes at Fitt., you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, consistency and the best possible experience for all clients.

All classes must be booked in advance via our booking platform. Bookings operate on a 14 day rolling window, allowing you to reserve classes up to 14 days ahead of the scheduled start time. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment or a valid class credit has been successfully applied to your account.

We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations made outside of this window will allow your class credit to be returned to your account for future use.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend a booked class, will result in a loss of the class credit used for that booking. Each class is valued at one credit, which will be deducted and not refunded or reinstated. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

To protect the flow and quality of each class, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the class start time may not be permitted entry. In this instance, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and the class credit will be lost.

If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. Should a space become available, you will be automatically added to the class and notified. Once added from the waitlist, the standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies, and it is your responsibility to manage your booking accordingly.

All class packs and memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and must be used within their stated validity period. Expiry dates are strictly enforced. Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted only under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Fitt. Where applicable, memberships operate on a recurring basis and will automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled with prior notice before the renewal date.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes memberships, class packs and any unused credits.

Certain memberships include a guest pass benefit, allowing members to bring a guest to selected classes. Guest passes must be used in accordance with the terms of the membership and are subject to availability. Guest bookings must be made in advance, and all guests are required to create an account and complete any necessary forms prior to attending. Unless a guest pass is included, bookings cannot be made on behalf of non-members.

To maintain a high-quality studio environment, clients are expected to arrive on time, wear grip socks where required, keep mobile phones on silent, and follow all instructor guidance. Fitt. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any client from a class where behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

By attending classes at Fitt., you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in exercise. You take part at your own risk and should seek medical advice before starting any new exercise programme if you are unsure. You are responsible for informing your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or limitations prior to class.

Fitt. is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings brought into the studio.

Classes, instructors and schedules are subject to change. Where possible, we will notify clients in advance.

From time to time, photography or video may be taken within the studio for marketing purposes. Please inform a member of the team if you do not wish to be included.

Participation in classes is undertaken at your own risk. Fitt. is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage except where required by law.
