Terms & Conditions

By booking and attending classes at FITT., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, safety, and the best possible experience for all clients.

Women’s-Only Studio Policy

FITT. is a women’s-only wellness and fitness studio. By creating an account, booking, and attending classes, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements to participate in our women’s-only services.

We reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or terminate memberships where this policy is not adhered to. Any bookings made in breach of this policy may be cancelled without refund.

By purchasing a membership or class package with FITT., you acknowledge and agree to our Gender Admission Policy. This policy outlines the eligibility criteria for accessing our women-only studio and is available to view in full here. Please ensure you have read and understood the policy before completing your booking.

Class Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance via our booking platform. Bookings operate on a 14-day rolling window, allowing you to reserve classes up to 14 days before the scheduled start time.

Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment or a valid class credit has been successfully applied to your account.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made outside of this 24-hour window will allow your class credit to be returned to your account for future use.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are considered late cancellations. In these circumstances, the class credit used for the booking will be forfeited and will not be refunded or reinstated.

No Shows

If you book a class and do not attend without cancelling your booking, this will be treated as a no-show.

A £10 no-show fee will be charged to the payment method held on your account, in addition to the loss of the class credit used for the booking.

If you are unable to attend a class, it is therefore important that you cancel your booking as soon as possible and, where possible, at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation and no-show policies.

Late Arrivals

To protect the flow, safety, and quality of each class, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be permitted entry.

Where you are refused entry due to late arrival, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and the class credit will be forfeited. The standard £10 no-show fee will not apply unless the booking is also recorded as a no-show under our booking system.

Waitlist

If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist.

Should a space become available, you will automatically be added to the class and notified. Once added from the waitlist, the standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. It is your responsibility to monitor and manage your bookings accordingly.

Memberships & Class Packs

All memberships and class packs are non-transferable, non-refundable, for personal use only, and subject to their stated validity period.

Expiry dates are strictly enforced. Extensions are not guaranteed and will only be granted under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of FITT.

Where applicable, memberships operate on an automatic recurring basis and will renew each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date in accordance with the applicable membership terms.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes memberships, class packs, workshops, events, retail purchases, and any unused class credits. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

Guest Passes

Certain memberships may include guest pass benefits.

Guest passes must be used in accordance with the terms of the relevant membership and remain subject to class availability. All guests must create an account, complete the required waiver, and provide any necessary health information before attending.

Unless expressly permitted through a membership benefit, bookings cannot be made on behalf of another person.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-quality studio environment, all clients are expected to arrive on time, wear grip socks where required, keep mobile phones on silent, respect fellow clients and instructors, and follow all instructor guidance and safety instructions.

FITT. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from a class where behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or contrary to the studio’s values.

Health & Safety

By attending classes at FITT., you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in exercise. You confirm that you have completed all required waivers and health questionnaires honestly and accurately.

You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other physical limitations prior to participating in a class.

You understand that participation in exercise classes, workshops and other physical activities is undertaken at your own risk. If you have any concerns regarding your suitability for exercise, you should seek advice from a qualified medical professional before attending.

Personal Belongings

FITT. accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.

Class Changes & Cancellations

Classes, instructors, schedules, and studio facilities may be amended, substituted, or cancelled where necessary.

Where possible, clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes. FITT. reserves the right to make reasonable changes to its timetable and services where operationally necessary.

Duplicate Accounts

Clients should only create one FITT. account. Creating multiple accounts under different email addresses, names, or contact details may result in duplicate customer records and can affect memberships, class credits, bookings, guest passes, promotional offers, and payment history.

If you have accidentally created more than one account, please contact the FITT. team at hello@fitt-ne.co.uk before making further bookings so that we can help identify and consolidate the accounts where appropriate.

FITT. reserves the right to merge, amend, suspend, or close duplicate accounts where necessary. Class credits, memberships, promotional offers, discounts, guest passes, or other account benefits cannot be duplicated, transferred, or combined as a result of multiple accounts being created.

Creating a duplicate account to access a new-client offer, promotional discount, membership benefit, class credit, or any other offer more than once is not permitted. Where we identify misuse of this policy, FITT. reserves the right to cancel the relevant booking, remove promotional benefits, or restrict access to the account without refund.

Photography & Videography

From time to time, photography and video content may be captured within the studio for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or recordings, please notify a member of the FITT. team before your class begins.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in classes, workshops, events, and use of studio facilities is undertaken at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FITT. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, costs, or expenses arising from participation in any activity, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.
