Booking your first class is the hardest part. Once you've done that, we'll take it from there.
Whether you're brand new to Pilates or returning after a break, here's everything you need to know so you can walk through the door feeling ready.
Choose your class
Every class on our schedule is marked with its level, so you can see at a glance which ones are right for you.
If you're new to Pilates, Foundations is the perfect place to start. It covers the basics (breathing, alignment, finding your powerhouse and getting comfortable on the equipment) so you can move on to Sweat, Sculpt and Strength with confidence.
Start with our intro offer
New to Fitt.? Our intro offer gives you 3 sessions for £50 across Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre. It's the easiest way to try a few different styles and find the one you love.
What to wear
Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in. Leggings and a fitted top work well.
Grip socks are required for Reformer classes. If you don't have a pair yet, you can pick up Fitt. grip socks at the studio.
When to arrive
Aim to arrive 10 minutes before your class. It gives you time to check in, settle in and let your instructor know about any injuries or anything they should be aware of.
What's at the studio
There's free parking right outside, changing rooms with showers and hairdryers, and free lockers for your things. Afterwards, our on-site café is the perfect place to slow down with a coffee or matcha.
Book in seconds
Download the Fitt. app on the App Store or Google Play to book classes, buy packs and manage your bookings. Classes open 14 days in advance.
We can't wait to welcome you. Your Fitt. era starts here.
