Better Together: Training With a Friend

Some of our favourite moments at Fitt. happen before and after class: friends catching up over a coffee, sharing a laugh on the way in, or making plans for their next session.

Training with a friend is one of the simplest ways to make your routine stick.

Accountability

It's much harder to skip a class when someone is expecting you. Booking together means you're both more likely to show up, even on the days you're not feeling it.

More fun

Laughing through the shakes in a Sweat class, cheering each other on, celebrating new milestones. Everything is better shared.

Try something new together

Nervous about trying a new class? Bring a friend. Whether it's your first Barre class or your first time on the Reformer, it's easier when you're doing it together.

Bring a guest

FITT. Club and FITT. Everyday memberships include guest passes, so you can bring a friend along to experience Fitt. for themselves.

Not a member? Your friend can start with our intro offer: 3 sessions for £50 across Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre.

Stay for a coffee

After class, our on-site café is the perfect spot to slow down and catch up. Some of the best conversations happen over a post-class matcha.
