Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer Pilates class is designed to suit all levels, making it perfect whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have prior experience. Using the reformer machine, this low-impact yet highly effective workout focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness through controlled, precise movements.
Each session is guided by an experienced instructor who will offer modifications and progressions, ensuring everyone in the class can work at a level that feels both safe and challenging. You’ll focus on core stability, posture, and alignment while enjoying a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and more balanced.


Mat Pilates

Our Mat Pilates class is a versatile, full-body workout suitable for all levels, from beginners to more experienced clients. Using just your body weight (and occasional small equipment), this class focuses on controlled movements to strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility.
Led by a qualified instructor, each session offers clear guidance along with modifications and progressions, so you can work at a level that feels right for you. You’ll develop better body awareness, coordination, and balance while engaging deep stabilising muscles to support everyday movement.

Barre

Our Barre class is a dynamic, low-impact workout that blends elements of Pilates, dance, and strength training to tone and sculpt the entire body. Suitable for all levels, this mixed ability class offers a series of small, controlled movements designed to target muscles you didn’t even know you had.
Using the barre for support, along with light weights or resistance, you’ll work to improve strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. Your instructor will provide options to both modify and intensify exercises, so whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you can move at a pace that feels right for you.


Yoga

Our Yoga classes offer a variety of flowing styles to suit your mood, energy levels, and experience—making this a truly inclusive, mixed ability practice. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply unwind, you can choose from a range of sessions including Vinyasa, Yin Yang, and Breathe, Flow & Relax Vinyasa.
In our Vinyasa classes, you’ll move through dynamic sequences that link breath with movement, helping to build strength, mobility, and focus. Yin Yang offers the best of both worlds, combining slow, flowing movement with longer-held, restorative stretches to balance energy and relaxation. For a gentler, more mindful experience, Breathe, Flow & Relax Vinyasa blends soft, flowing sequences with calming breathwork and deep relaxation to help you reset and recharge.
